I asked the tree
How will you get enough water,
You cannot move to another place if there is no rain?
And the tree said,
I don’t know,
Life will provide.
I asked the sparrow
Where will you find enough worms,
You have no storage place to save them?
And the sparrow said,
I don’t know,
Life will provide.
I asked the sun
When will you come over the horizon,
You have no watch?
And the sun said,
I don’t know,
Life will provide.
I asked the small child
What will you become when you grow up,
You have no way to see the future?
And the small child said,
I don’t know,
Life will provide.
So I asked Life
How will I know?
Where will I go?
When will I arrive?
And what will become of me?
After all, I don’t know.
And Life said,
Trust in me, I will provide.
